Four Seasons Boxer Rescue is a Boxer rescue based in Central North Carolina, Climax, NC to be exact (YES, there is a Climax, NC!). We are a 501c3 non-profit group. All donations are tax deductible! Our current coverage areas are the areas of lower VA, and all of North and
All of our rescued Boxers in FOSTER HOMES dispersed across the state and are not kenneled at a facility. This way, the dogs receive one on one care, as well as the love and attention that can only come from being in a home environment. Our foster homes consist of a network of dedicated volunteers who treat the rescued Boxer as their own pet. A veterinarian who is associated with Four Seasons Boxer Rescue sees the rescued Boxer immediately. Foster families are responsible for taking the rescued Boxer to all follow-up medical visits, and most importantly, the care and nurturing of these neglected, and sometimes abused animals. The Veterinarian provides all shots, necessary medical care, medications, and other medical needs. All rescued Boxers are tested and if necessary treated for Heartworms and are spayed/neutered before going to their forever homes. Medical expenses are covered by donations and adoption fees. All donations and adoption fees go back into the dog’s medical bills and pull fees. In most cases, the adoption fees do not cover the expenses of many of the Boxers in our care.
Four Seasons Boxer Rescue is run by volunteers who give their time, energy, gas, and love to save the life of a Boxer and to find the Boxer a loving home.
